Our Team
Brittany Skelton is the one and only employee of Food4Kids Guelph, since June 2021. As Program Manager, Brittany supports many operational tasks including Food Menus and Procurement, School and Family Registrations in the program, Packing and Deliveries, plus Volunteer Management and Social Media.
With her honours degree in International Development from the University of Guelph, Brittany brings a global-to-local perspective in her work. From managing Farmers’ Markets to Food banks, the underlying theme to all of Brittany's work is that food is our greatest connector and that everyone deserves to have access to healthy, safe and culturally appropriate food.
Brittany is delighted to be building on her more than 10 years of experience working in food security, community engagement and food justice in the Guelph-Wellington area. Outside of her busy job at Food4Kids, Brittany is an active Girl Guides leader in Guelph and is also continuing her studies part-time with management courses.
